TriMech is a good company fighting to survive private equity stakeholders, but rapidly changing under those constraints. It was clear the glory days were when it was still held in private ownership, but many of the 10+ year reps/managers are starting to dwindle under the new leadership. Overall, I learned a ton about technology in this job, which was great. I got to work with different managers, which taught me how to adapt. I definitely got better at what I was doing, but after a while, I felt like I hit a ceiling. Now I'm looking for something that'll give me more room to grow in my career.
