Litera has a culture issue. Changes are made frequently, which is fine, but within a vacuum. What I mean is one person makes a change without a comprehensive understanding of the ripple effect that the changes they are making will mean elsewhere in the business. So, to summarize, its chaotic, and the culture is miserable. Just about everyone is unhappy, and people are afraid to speak about it.

Overall the product market fit is exceptional, but Litera focuses on increasing prices and the detriment of customer relationships.
