Litera has a culture issue. Changes are made frequently, which is fine, but within a vacuum. What I mean is one person makes a change without a comprehensive understanding of the ripple effect that the changes they are making will mean elsewhere in the business. So, to summarize, its chaotic, and the culture is miserable. Just about everyone is unhappy, and people are afraid to speak about it.

Leadership was a dumpster fire on a carousel. Different names and faces every few months, but the same obvious problems.
