Former Employee4.4Jul 25, 2023Overall experience working for LinkedIn for five years was incredibly positive. Leadership team are great, benefits and perks are good and the people you work with are super friendly. Didn't really have a 'cut throat' sales culture. Salaries are slightly lower than average from my research, but overall would go back and work there again.

Current Employee3.6Oct 10, 2024Overall great experience at the company. Lots of great perks and benefits but compensation pay has fallen behind industry standards and the company is more focused on profitability than anything else, even if that means making sales reps jobs more difficult to succeed in.
