Does anyone know the comp bands for AE1, AE2, AE3 and 4 are for U.S. external hires? The info is different per recruiter you talk to for the same roles despite what is posted on the job ads for Linkedin. Also is the new policy 2 or 3 days in office? Or is that dependent on your manager?
