Overall great experience at the company. Lots of great perks and benefits but compensation pay has fallen behind industry standards and the company is more focused on profitability than anything else, even if that means making sales reps jobs more difficult to succeed in.

I’m unsure where leadership is taking us. 25% of large enterprise reps are hitting their quota. Our quotas are ~6MM. Just rolled out new comp plan that greatly impacts our ability to make over OTE, while raising quotas. Hiring market share is high in most industries, but they still haven’t figured out learning.
