Top 20% of CompaniesBack to ReviewsCurrent Employee LinkedIn's sales organization has been struggling to find its identity for the last couple years. The market has dried up as many employers are being more conservative with their headcount. In turn, LinkedIn's historical growth rates of 30-40% YoY no longer exist, but the comp model has not been adjusted accordingly. We target 50% of reps to hit quota, but it's been closer to 20% for the last two years. Biggest problem is that this is leading to the best people moving on to other jobs while LinkedIn retains the average players who don't have many other options. Browse Other Reviews
