Leadership only cares about what you have done lately. Quota attainment in NAMER was 25% last year. Comp plan was adjusted to make it much harder to exceed OTE. Current Employee3.1Sep 26, 2023Good but enterprise accounts are tough to break into due to non-traditional industries not using tech to go ton market. I also would like leadership to be more diverse and for there to be more people of color in director+ roles. I’ve had 4 managers in 1 year.
