Good but enterprise accounts are tough to break into due to non-traditional industries not using tech to go ton market. I also would like leadership to be more diverse and for there to be more people of color in director+ roles. I’ve had 4 managers in 1 year.

My experience overall has been great. LinkedIn is great place for learning, but they do seem to under pay especially at the higher levels.
