Leadership only cares about what you have done lately. Quota attainment in NAMER was 25% last year. Comp plan was adjusted to make it much harder to exceed OTE. LinkedIn hasn't figured out that you can't have below market OTE's and also copy SFDC's ruthless sales culture. Top performers are leaving quickly.
