LinkedIn Sales Solutions has a great culture and leadership. Compensation is generous and if you outperform quota you can do really well. Great culture, cross-functional collaboration, & focus on customer. Slow release of quotas in Q1 in post pandemic years. 12 - 24 month sales cycles in Enterprise. High emphasis on Exec relationship building & multi-threading, supported by marketing.
