While I learned a lot at LinkedIn, I encountered some challenges that impacted my overall experience. The lack of structured training and inefficient internal processes made it difficult to close deals effectively. It's an intense environment with zero humor. The juice isn't worth the squeeze.

This is a very stable and safe job if you are on the right side of the politics. If you are on the wrong side then there is nothing you can do that will keep you here past a year or so.
