Top 20% of CompaniesBack to ReviewsCurrent Employee LinkedIn is a great culture and lives it's corporate values with excellent leadership. It's a great work environment. There are many great roles to grow your career and professionally develop yourself. However, if you are an enterprise seller, you may be disappointed since it's more account management than selling. There is little to no flexibility in standard price models and growth is based on a customer's hiring demand and product pricing increases so your ability to influence a sell or find new buyers of products is limited. From an Enterprise GTM perspective, LinkedIn is a consumer facing product and doesn't meet the customizations that are often necessary to meet the needs of large, global enterprises. As companies scale back hiring, LinkedIn revenue will scale back as well but this change might not be reflected in the sales org. against quota setting. Thus, I would advise anyone looking at a sales role here to understand the book that you would be given and how the quota will be set but if it's set based on hiring peak years, it will be challenging to meet your number without any additional products to sell.
