Overall I have had a good experience. The sales culture is positive but there have been changes to the sales motion and incentive structure that are making it more difficult to achieve results and pay.

Overall experience working for LinkedIn for five years was incredibly positive. Leadership team are great, benefits and perks are good and the people you work with are super friendly. Didn't really have a 'cut throat' sales culture. Salaries are slightly lower than average from my research, but overall would go back and work there again.
