Overall experience is a 10/10. Great product market fit. Great colleagues. Good work/life balance. In the "consolidation of tech stack" LinkedIn will end up a winner as it's hard to displace...it's a must have for most b2b sales teams.

Great company. Great culture and benefits. Underpaid for industry. Quotas last year were unrealistic but they have been adjusted accordingly since I left.

Working at LinkedIn comes with some awesome perks. Some managers are ready to bury you if it saves their own skin. There’s also no clear career development, leading to speculations and creating resentment. It’s currently a mixed bag.

Great coworkers but almost no training and development. We just put in our first sales methodology a few months back and we’ve been around for years. Leadership mostly relies on brand recognition and not sales skills.
