Current Employee4.6Feb 27, 2024My experience with LinkedIn overall and with LSS in particular continues to be excellent (4 years). Great benefits, culture and talent. Sales Navigator is a strong product and unique based on power of LinkedIn data. At the most senior IC sales roles the percentage of staff hitting quota is a little low but percent hitting OTE is higher.

Current Employee4.0May 19, 2024During my 10 years at LinkedIn I’ve grown an incredible amount as a person and professional. Couldn’t be more grateful for so many things. Currently, I do find my career slowly stalling and there aren’t many opportunities left to grow, also as a result of ANZ being a smaller market.

Current Employee4.3Oct 30, 2024LinkedIn is a great place to work overall. However, the sales goals are getting much larger as our corporate goals continue to increase, which puts additional pressure on reps to succeed more with less. They also are moving away from remote all together and so you will need to be in office in order to move up.
