Be sure to look at more recent reviews, major changes happened which slashed many of the incoming leads, with higher targets that have drained the potential on what you can make. Lottery system where some will win but most are expected to lose or get no compensation. Culture is great, and the teams are filled with amazing individuals, but the pressure for profits has changed the company and your potential.
