Overall experience has been good. Although since Fy24, the company has gone severely downhill in how they compensate their employees and provide targets that put their employees in a position to succeed

Lower compensation compared to industry average. Things are constantly changing to save costs for the company but reduce pay for employees (i.e. Targets increasing, constant hiring leading to less leads, etc.). Hiring spree over the last few months has led to the majority of the team not hitting target and being on PIPs.
