In my assessment of Lenovo, I find that career progression often hinges on the disposition of middle management, fostering a somewhat cliquey and exclusionary environment. Decisions regarding career advancements lack transparency and appear subjective. While I have found satisfaction in my tenure at Lenovo, opportunities for upward mobility can be inconsistent, influenced by one's alignment with the prevailing social circles within the organization.

The smart devices division required highly experienced general managers. Accountability element of the culture was beneficial but the shame and blame was not.

Great products; management is good. Run similarly to a startup company. While there had a number of different roles. ESPP program is lacking as the stock is on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
