Lenovo’s leadership during Covid was impressive, but since then it has drastically declined. They also changed comp plans, so what I would have made last quarter with my % to goal was cut in half since 2021.

A lot has changed, not just the campus and the logo. The company as a whole is an example of what a tech company should be. So far I haven't seen the bro culture that I expected. It's about performing and hitting your goals. Good for a positive seller.
