My overall experience had been fairly positive - it’s just like any other corporate role. You are in charge of your own career. If you’re willing to put yourself out there and network properly and strive on doing your best vs. making excuses, you can certainly excel. Great product, solid leadership, quotas can suck someone’s, but it’s sales.

Lenovo is a great company, you have to go in and expect to learn a lot of things on your own and be a self starter. Upward mobility can be a struggle within Lenovo as well as navigating the internal ecosystem.
