Lenovo is a great company, you have to go in and expect to learn a lot of things on your own and be a self starter. Upward mobility can be a struggle within Lenovo as well as navigating the internal ecosystem.

The overall experience was good and the Channel offers a lot of opportunities to know what's going on in the market, however, the specific role was not well defined as it was new and figuring out the structure between the field sellers and the inside sellers was not clear.

Lenovo’s leadership during Covid was impressive, but since then it has drastically declined. They also changed comp plans, so what I would have made last quarter with my % to goal was cut in half since 2021.
