Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Culture is great, however, recent major reorganization on the sales floor. Moral is LOW (understatement), large percentage of folks have not been made whole, meaning there’s a gap from an OTE and base salary perspective of folks with the same role. They’re doing the same exact work but making a great deal more and those making less are being “punished” by having to remain in office (hybrid) but also making anywhere from $30-80k less than others. Incentives have been stripped to only a line of business in which both the account team and customer will more than likely fail. If that line of business wants success they should be investing on their own up the food chain rather than dumping the responsibility on the sales team, who will in turn have to clean up the mess. The account team will be working the hardest on DaaS. Client Managers have a great opportunity to sit, watch and get paid very handsomely. Behavior is expected to change but more than likely will not for the OneLenovo campaign as it relates to ISG (infrastructure) due to the unmatched incentives between both IDG and ISG.
