The biggest issue in 2023 is churn. They are making sales reps responsible for churn/contraction dollar for dollar, even if YOU DIDN'T SELL THAT DEAL. The culture here has changed dramatically. Edith, the founder and CEO would not recognize this company anymore. Gone is the diversity, inclusion, or feeling you are supported. It is high pressure, high turnover, figure it out on your own culture. You never know where you stand. Constantly blind layoffs to make the CEO appease the board.
