Current Employee2.0Feb 2, 2024Experience wasn’t great. Bad leadership in emea. All they care is about themselves with the majority being white make. Many people leaving and churn is impacting reps and SE’s. E.g if you close a 100k deal and a churn happens at 100k. Nobody gets paid.

Gone is the diversity, inclusion, or feeling you are supported. It is high pressure, high turnover, figure it out on your own culture. You never know where you stand. Constantly blind layoffs to make the CEO appease the board.
