Lacework is extremely challenging at the moment due to an feature arms race with competition and lots of restructuring, but long term vision is solid, and when deals close, the payouts are insane (23% before any acceleraters).

There were some great people at LW, really strong sales team but product and company leadership were poor fits. No CRO for ~16 months was a real big detriment and ultimately why I left. The product roadmap was not aligned with what was happening in the field and ultimately the CFO was running the sales org. It's a shame because everyone I brought into the org...Read More
