Quotas are unattainably high. I know it's easy to read that and roll your eyes or think you can break the mold but hear me out: when I left, it was normal for only 2-3 reps out of roughly 30 in SMB AE to hit quota per month, and the people who did were barely squeaking by. The pay is insultingly low. You don't have to look too far to figure out where all the money's going, but it sure isn't making it to the employees' pockets! Great product, it's just too bad that management has ruined everything else about the place.

I had a great experience with KnowBe4 up until the recent acquisition by private equity. Their decision to not include everyone in the new equity grants was very demotivating, and the new comp plan is a smack in the face.

Weird place. Some really good structure, and training/onboarding but it just doesn't pay well, particularly with the expectations and transactional nature even in Channel roles. Very hard for new reps to break in and hit quota consistently. Most good Channel accounts are already with experienced reps.
