Great culture, great leadership. Awesome training and support. Only down side is base rate , and the commission structure is good but definitely a grind. Overall my experience has been great and it’s an awesome place to learn and grow.

My overall experience has been great so far. I was the #1 AE in 2022, promoted to Director, & then I was the #1 Director in 2023. I’ve just received another promotion to MM Director with a substantial pay increase that goes into effect in April. Overall, very happy with my pay & growth!

Was amazing when they were under 200 employees, as they grew to 750 mostly everything turned into office politics and most leadership pretending like they knew what they were doing in roles they definitely didn't qualify to have.
