As more time has passed here, I’ve noticed very concerning and troubling things in Klaviyo’s sales org. Newer reps are massively struggling, tenured reps sitting on the best accounts, CRM data is a mess and leadership turns the cheek on a lot. I’d probably stay at my former company if I knew this.

Market leading product but in Australia the new business team is really up against it - too many reps for too little opportunity means it is incredibly difficult to get close to target
