Great company, sales culture is improving though not perfect. Lots of organized investment in enablement in 2024 on. Struggle to set targets that are consistent with each segment, so sometimes segments outperform significantly, sometimes the opposite.

Comp structure gets worse each year and quotas continue to go up. Very difficult to hit quota and very few people do
