The whole sales org has plummeted in the last 6-12 months, leadership does nothing to change the glaring issues. Over-hiring to compensate for issues.

Great product, Quota is attainable, Promotion can happen in 9-12 month. There's virtually no training for BDRs si It's important to have sales experience before the role

Product sells itself. Tons of inbound opportunity in SMB. The actual selling process is pretty unique though. Because of how account ownership works, a lot of outbound success comes from sourcing good accounts.

Product is solid and the org provides a great work/life balance. As others have said about the Entrepreneur org though, it's entirely about Salesforce Account "Mining" and not about actually selling.
