Worst AE experience up until now of my tech sales career. The company operates with very confusing rules of engagement and have their own process of "mining" which is more of admin to find leads/new prospects than outbounding or selling. Their inbound is very poorly managed and the leadership is biased and discriminates against people of color.

Success is based on how well you can use Salesforce. Sales acumen takes a back seat to finding accounts that will purchase on their own. If you can figure out how to do that, it's easy to hit your number and do well.
