Current Employee2.7Mar 9, 2025A lot of challenges currently exist within the org. High turnover from IC's and leadership doesn't help. Pouring money and resources into the wrong areas of focus. Little to nothing going to demand gen/marketing, yet over-hiring sales and SDR's.
