my overall experience was fine, good people all in all, tech honestly just isn't all that. Martech market is so saturated these days and it is hard to sell if you're not THE industry leader. Peers are helpful but no real culture as everyone is remote and its difficult to get to know eachother / actually celebrate wins. Not the worst place in the world but certainly not the best.

Struggling to find the right product market fit/positioning and a senior leadership team that can accelerate the opportunity. Product has legs and points of differentiation, need to focus on developing and nurturing the right employees

This company is fine enough to work for to get a foot in the door. But the total lack of vision (or at least the lack of ability to disseminate that information down stream to the staff / team is rough). Great into company, but no promotional vision for internal employees.
