Company was poorly ran and never fully integrated after m&a. Had great sales leadership but product decisions from the executive level and attrition constantly held the company back

A terribly run company. Most everyone who was part of the success & culture of the company have left. There is no culture or desire to create a culture with values. This company is fine enough to work for to get a foot in the door. But the total lack of vision (or at least the lack of ability to disseminate that information down stream to the staff / team is rough). Great into company, but no promotional vision for internal employees.
