The company has changed a lot for the worse. TBH I think they are in real financial trouble. The CEO that they hired is not the right person for the job, They have gone through multiple sales leaders and currently have a megalomaniac running sales. Unhealthy PE rollup that was desperately trying to sell in 2022. The burden now belongs to the staff that was left behind once all the legacy talent and leadership jumped-ship. Those remaining are in hopeless pursuit of empty title and comp promises from a flaccid ELT who consider themselves to be "professional". my overall experience was fine, good people all in all, tech honestly just isn't all that. Martech market is so saturated these days and it is hard to sell if you're not THE industry leader.
