Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The company has changed a lot for the worse. TBH I think they are in real financial trouble. The CEO that they hired is not the right person for the job, They have gone through multiple sales leaders and currently have a megalomaniac running sales. Work life balance was good but now they are so frantic they are not sure what to do. It's obvious in the constant misdirection that's happening. They had some great products but competitors have moved faster to catch up. They over-rotated on the contact center software and are 2 years away from actually getting into that space meaningfully, if they can last that long. Browse Other Reviews
