Terrible company relying on legacy physical document storage to keep the lights on. They trap organizations into contracts with termination fees in that creep up to $100,000.

My experience at IRM was great for the first 4 years but the the last two years changed drastically for everyone in a Support Role with their base compensation but mainly quarterly bonus structure changes. Iron Mountain really had a great program for sales professionals. My particular challenge was that I was given roughly 100 accounts to sell to, which did not have a need for paper-based products/services.
