Current Employee3.4Oct 20, 2023IntelliShift has a great culture and offers much to learn in business development. The company faces a great deal of competition and has yet to find its ideal customer profile. Base pay is competitive, but commission structure relies on deal closure from account executives. Historically, the pay plan fell short of forecasted OTE despite meeting performance goals.
