Inbound is very rare - marketing department has lots of turnover/doesn't exist. Most AEs survive from self prospected deals and SDR leads

Windfall has a great product that is unique in the market, and the pay is very good compared to the deal sizes due to how the nonprofit team supports the commercial team (I am on the nonprofit sales team) The biggest issue with Windfall has to do with Red Tape and the ownership that is given to sales reps over selling they way they want to. Windfall has an amazing product that is very straightforward to sell. The company also pays incredibly well compared to the revenue that is being brought in. The company is good for gaining experience as an SDR. As an AE, the deal cycles are long, inbound leads are difficult and leadership can be aggressive.
