My overall experience has been challenging to say the least. The path to hitting quota and making money is unachievable. This company does not value it's development reps in terms of making anything above your base. You are viewed as replaceable.

Immediate manager is great. Very collaborative, encouraging, all about sales, and is all about the people. This is not always the case as you get to C-Level. Great leadership and support, relatively good compensation for the role but tough to move up in the company. Overall, great company and they care about their employees. Would work for them again.
