Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Immediate manager is great. Very collaborative, encouraging, all about sales, and is all about the people. This is not always the case as you get to C-Level. Paying commission is challenging at times. Finance and sales are not on the same page. Finance had a different way to look at commissions than sales(yes I said that). Plus the current compensation plan is very skewed toward the company not over performing.
