Great culture, great pay, great product. It's usually considered a nice to have vs need to have software though, so it's been tough to hit the numbers I want to in recent months.

They are trying to right the ship but made some unfortunate strategic errors that cost a lot of jobs. The people there are good people and the product is good not great.
