IntelliShift has a great culture and offers much to learn in business development. The company faces a great deal of competition and has yet to find its ideal customer profile. Base pay is competitive, but commission structure relies on deal closure from account executives. Historically, the pay plan fell short of forecasted OTE despite meeting performance goals.

Has potential. The product is solid and has the potential to be a major player but need processes and stability within the company if its ever going to get there.

Immediate manager is great. Very collaborative, encouraging, all about sales, and is all about the people. This is not always the case as you get to C-Level.
