This company has a sales culture built on split sales. the problem is that the only individuals splitting sales are new hires with veterans. There are no leads given equally across the sales team and favorites are obvious from day 1. The length of the selling cycle is long and leadership expectations are not in line with the process. More support needs to be given through lead generation by marketing. All leads are self-generated through cold prospecting or your personal network from the beginning.

1. Hybrid if you’re tenured. 2. If new expect to be in office 4 days possible 5 days depends on manager. 3. Expect to be micro managed 4. Base is low for “tech company” but fair for HCM 5. Enrollment fees is where the money is at 6. Product to market fit for PEO is low. 7. 3/10 folks will hit goal
