I enjoyed working with my managers and coworkers. The pay was not very high and tough market in the locum tenens industry. A saturated market and a lot of competition.

While my experience was a bit disorganized/chaotic, the company has grown significantly since and my former co-workers are very happy in their roles and structure.

Overall the best part of the job is your coworkers. They have a sink or swim mentally and leadership is micromanaging.

The product was exceedingly more expensive than the competition while offering worse services. There is zero support, and it shows in turnover. You are forced to annoy your prospects to the point of losing there interest.
