Many reps come in excited about residuals but aren't able to make anything happen. Insperity doesn't give you many resources and very very little support from marketing.

Good corporate culture but as most orgs sales people are a number. Very tough sale. You will gather 8-15 documents from prospects before you can set a demo of the product.
