Current Employee2.1Mar 13, 2024Really good people to work with. Insperity has a strong product that works but it is very expensive and difficult to sell. Many reps come in excited about residuals but aren't able to make anything happen. Insperity doesn't give you many resources and very very little support from marketing.

Former Employee4.3Feb 21, 2024Sales are hard. Tough market. You have to be really good at understanding health care options and plans in the market. Training is good. Compensation is above average because the ramp up period is so long. Deal cycle is long. Prior experience being an insurance broker could accelerate your success.
