Many reps come in excited about residuals but aren't able to make anything happen. Insperity doesn't give you many resources and very very little support from marketing.

Residuals is what keeps sususful folks and if they continue with the low pressure they will continue to keep folks, because the solutions is highly competitive with lots of no control outcomes. Many new folks will take 1.2 years to sell soemthing while they built their pipeline.
