Overall Kforce was not a bad company to work for the diversity and inclusion culture could have been better

Great leadership, but very poor commission structure and no way to get a raise w/out the grace of God helping you out. The culture is what keeps me here, but it would be great if commissions were looked at and increased by at least 100%. You can do double the sales and make around 25% more. The motivation just isn't there.
