Great leadership, but very poor commission structure and no way to get a raise w/out the grace of God helping you out. The culture is what keeps me here, but it would be great if commissions were looked at and increased by at least 100%. You can do double the sales and make around 25% more. The motivation just isn't there.

Great company overall but your experience will ultimately come down to your office and the leadership it’s under. Extremely rewarding if you can make it but it may not be worth the toxic environment you may find yourself in.
