Tumultuous! My market leader was fired after 15 years within 3 months and my Sales Manager within 6 months. They promoted a recruiting leader who wasn't successful and low EQ. I was a SME for the market after being trained on their new sales methodology. The corporate trainer added one of my qualification forms as an example for some of his materials. Sadly, the reason I was excited to work there was because of apparent stability, the market manager who hired me had been there for 15 years.

Good company, could be great if less corporate back-patting and more focus on growing sales skills and team cohesion. Moderately strong incentive plan with uncapped potential.
