Toxic work environment Will tell you it takes 2 years to be successful but if not immediately producing will put you on a plan and try to manage you out. Leadership is awful

My overall experience was great up until this year whenever the company started losing business. They said that they wouldn't do layoffs but instead set unrealistic KPIs that are not even remotely obtainable unless you're working a certain skillset. I can't imagine how much more difficult it is for Account Managers, when they need to prospect more business. Instead...Read More

Great company overall but your experience will ultimately come down to your office and the leadership it’s under. Extremely rewarding if you can make it but it may not be worth the toxic environment you may find yourself in.
